Domestic Violence Sends Wife to ICU

Police are still investigating a fatal crash that took the life of a 41-year-old man in Michigan last week. What was believed to have been caused by a flat tire turns out to have a difference cause entirely.

When police arrived on the scene of the terrible accident, they found the victim lying near his car. He had been struck several by several vehicles and caused another vehicle to hit the median. At first, police believed that a flat tire forced him to pull off the busy highway. Yet when they checked all of the tires, there were none that appeared to be flat. It seems as though another mechanical problem may have been to blame.

The victim was a firefighter that was on forced leave after his wife accused him of domestic violence. His attack on her was vicious enough to land her in the ICU for several days.
