Basketball Player Works Out Details of Divorce Settlement

A basketball player and his wife have finished working out the terms of their divorce settlement. However, the two will not actually be divorced until next year when it is finalized by a judge.

Not wanting to make a big public spectacle of out of their divorce, the two have decided to keep mum about the details. The only details that were released were from the document filed by the wife. It stated "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for ending their marriage. When prompted to respond further, the couple released a joint statement that they had discussed the rest of their divorce privately and resolved all issues.

One person who is not keeping mum about the deal is the wife's mother. She states that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement prior to getting married. As a result, the wife could stand to make millions from her husband's basketball earnings.
