Schools Locked Down due to Domestic Violence Incident

An angry husband caused a three-school lockdown after local officials learned about his intent to harm his wife and their two children.

According to the police department, three schools were on lockdown mode for about thirty minutes. Officers learned that an estranged husband had told his wife or someone close to him about his plans to harm his loved ones. Due to the threat, officers were sent to the school where his wife worked, as well as the schools that his children attend, to ensure that he wouldn't harm them.

Although further information about the domestic violence incident has not been released, police believe that the individual is no longer in the area.
