Mark-Paul Gosselaar, of 'Saved by the Bell' fame, announced his split from his wife of 14 years this week.
According to various news sources, Gosselaar filed the divorce papers one year ago, and a judge officially ended his marriage from Lisa Ann Russell this week. The court papers show 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind their divorce, and the pair have certainly remained mum about the details. The pair have two children together - Ava, 5, and Michael, 7. At this time Gosselaar and Russell have been granted joint custody.
The two met when Russell had a small role on 'Saved by the Bell:The College Years.' Coincidence or not, news of Gosselaar"s divorce hits the media just as he is set to debut his new legal dramedy, 'Franklin & Bash,' co-starring Breckin Meyer.
