The Jacksonville lawyer, quoted in several recent news articles, believes that the family law system has turned men into a visitor to the children and a paycheck to the ex-wife.

While reported rumors of the Florida Bar sending the attorney letters for professional misconduct and discrimination, a spokesperson from the Bar stated that in order for the Bar to actually take action, someone would have to file a discrimination complaint against the firm.

Although the Bar is unable to disclose if any reports have been filed, the spokesperson did say that no official complaints were closed within the last year.
