Charlie Sheen Fights for Child Custody

Charlie Sheen, the former star of "Two and a Half Men," will soon be seen in court fighting for child custody against wife Brooke Mueller. The actor has already planned a meeting this Thursday with his legal team to discuss the strategy by which they plan on keeping custody of his twin sons, Max and Bob, who will soon be two years old.

In light of his recent media antics Mueller was able to win a temporary restraining order against Sheen where she was allowed to take custody of their sons. Those close to Sheen have commented already on his possible legal strategy, which would basically show Mueller as a drug user and abuser, even though she is currently in treatment. Sheen hopes to use drug experts and friends to show that Mueller is addicted to the prescription pain killer Norco.

However Mueller plans to have Sheen held in contempt of court for even discussing her drug use publicly as it was a violation of their divorce settlement that was reached in February of this year.
