Couple Facing Divorce after Appearance on the Marriage Ref

After appearing on "The Marriage Ref," a couple from Manhattan is now facing divorce.

The husband, 47-year-old How Kohlenberg, claims that his wife, Christine, enjoyed being on the show so much that she now wants to become a celebrity herself. He now blames the show, and specifically Jerry Seinfeld, for possibly ruining their marriage. In addition to possible divorce woes, Kohlenberg has recently filed for divorce and could be evicted from their house.

Although Kohlenberg does admit that his marriage was not picture perfect before they appeared on the show, he is blaming the reality show for bringing it crashing down around them. He went on to say that the only reason he and Christine auditioned for the show was to bring publicity to the now-failing spa that they owned together. Responding to Kohlenberg's angry comments, Seinfeld stated that "When people get upset I enjoy it. That he's having problems, and blaming me, it's all."
