Lindsay Lohan's Dad Fails to Pay Child Support

Lindsay Lohan's father finds himself in trouble again as a judge in Suffolk County, NY has issued a warrant for his arrest. Back in 1998 a woman in Montana claimed that Michael Lohan is the father of her child and demanded that he pay child support. However, at the time of the hearing, Lohan was on parole in the state of New York thus unable to attend in Montana.

Lindsay's father goes on to say that he was late on his second child support payment, vowing that he has receipts to prove that he sent the payment. A New York judge, however, said that Lohan must pay up now and admit default or go to jail. This is after he supposedly was denied three times of a paternity test for his alleged child.

This isn't the first time that the famous father has had problems with the law. Lohan was arrested earlier this year in January for calling his ex, Erin Muller, violating an order of protection that she held against him.
